Do you ever have one of those Mondays where nothing goes right and your brain is a confused jumble of negativity and failure? No? Just me?
That's my Monday this week. I tried to get all my phone calls out of the way, and none of them went right. I couldn't get through to the dog's vet. I booked the cat's vet on the wrong day. I can't renew an important prescription because my insurance won't cover it, and offering to pay out of pocket confuses the pharmacist. It's only eleven dollars, I'm sure I can cover it! But no, it's just going to be one of those days where nothing goes right and everything is a big pile of bewilderment and misery. It is a reversed Queen of Swords kind of Monday. I guess I'll sit by the window and eat a scotch on the rocks.
