Meaning: Strength, Speed, Aurochs

Uruz looks like an upside-down U and sounds like oo, so it’s fairly easy to learn.
Represented by the Auroch (an extinct species of wild cattle,) Uruz is your vitality, physical health, independence and life force.
Where Fehu represented your domesticated cattle (wealth), Uruz reminds us that animals are innately wild, and it’s that ferocity and passion that Uruz stands for. When Uruz is pulled, it’s time to use your inner warrior to endure a situation or manifest success.
The reverse of Uruz is rage and insensitivity.

I am currently trying to muster my inner strength to deal with a dog who, for the life of him, will not learn how to potty. He has "off" and "quit biting my foot you little monster" down quite well, but the potty thing is not making sense to him, and it's driving me batty. But like Albert Einstein says, if I keep up the constant struggle maybe one day I'll have freedom.
